Parsons Shivaree Fruit Ale

This Saison Ale was conditioned on pinot noir grape skins from Parson's vineyard for three months, and blended with Ontario Haskap berries and Campbells Orchards Gooseberries. The result is bright and effervescent, reminiscent of tart jolly ranchers but grown-up like a wine.
